  • In the case of individual control, the node (receiving device for CPLC communication) must be mounted to the luminaire.
  • There are two types of node: a type built into the SMPS and an external type mounted outside the lighting equipment.
  • The built-in type has standardized input/output signals, so it can be easily applied to SMPS development and can respond to dimming and dimming/toning control.
  • The external type can correspond to most lighting fixtures with dimming signal interfaces of 0~10V, 1~10V, and PWM method.
  • Lighting fixtures without dimming function can be individually turned on/off using Ry built-in node

    2 The function of node (CPLC receiving module)

  • It has its own address.
  • Analyzes the signal (protocol) transmitted from the LCS through the power line.
  • If the received data corresponds to its own address, a dimming/toning signal is output.
